Description
Grandfather clock, oak, movement by Peter Green Apenrade, Denmark, 18th century. . Three-part case. Single-door central section. Glass top section featuring segmented pediment. Openwork garland decor beneath projecting volute pediment. Sculpted columns on sides. Attached openwork garland decor on dial. Number ring featuring Roman and Arabic numerals. Cable winding via pulley and crank. Hourly and half-hourly chimes. Moon phase, minutes, and date display. H 230 cm, W 60 cm, D 31 cm. Traces of wear and age.
