The collection has earlier been described in the Danish regional newspaper 'Nordjyske’, where the owner talked about his passion and how it all began. The owner started the collection around 8 years ago, out of his passion for Bang & Olufsen but also with the intention of later starting a museum where the items would be displayed in various periods. The collection therefore contains numerous models of TVs, radios, speakers etc, stored in 300 m2.
The article mentions that on visiting the collection representatives from the B&O factory in Struer, Denmark noted pieces they did not have in the company's own collection and that they believed there to be no other collection in the world like this.
The items date back to 1938 and up to present day digital devices including TVs, radios, systems, speakers, video machines, telephones, gramophones, record-players, tape recorders, brochures, signs, diagrams, furniture, etc.
