Description
Arne Jacobsen. The Egg easy chair, model 3316. Swivel, moulded, solid aluminium four star foot. Newly reupholstered in cognac-coloured aniline leather. Designed in 1958. Produced by Fritz Hansen in1965. Literature: C. Thau & K. Vindum. 'Arne Jacobsen', 1998; discussed e.g. p. 144, 432; reproduced p. 433, 438-439, 467, 471-472. The leather is loose on the foam.
