Description
Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, Barcelona Chair. Frame in chromed steel, loose cushions upholstered in dark grey patinated leather. Webbing in harness leather straps in the same colour as the cushions. Produced by Knoll International. Designed for the World Exhibition in Barcelona in 1929. Literature: C. & P. Fiell: '1000 chairs', discussed and reproduced on p. 172.
