Description
Arne Jacobsen 1902-1971. Anniversary set, consisting of egg-shaped table, Model 3603, top in black glaze-varnished ask veneer, lightly inclined table legs in chromed 19 mm tubular steel, H. 70 cm. L. 115 cm. W. 85 cm. Three chairs, Model 3100, 'The Ant', bent shells in black glaze-varnished ash veneer, legs in chromed tubular steel. Stelling pendant lamp, shade in 3-layer opal glass, white fabric cord. H. 14 cm. Ø 39 cm. Designed in 1952. The set was produced in a limited number by Fritz Hansen, 2002, on Arne Jacobsen's 100th birthday. Number certificate included. Light wear on the top. (5)
