Description

A lounge chair, model 'Egg Chair 3316', Danish design by Arne Jacobsen for Fritz Hansen. Designed in 1958-59 as a part of the overall interior of Hotel Royal in Copenhagen.
Swivel structure with tilt function. Covers probably renewed, foot cross of polished aluminium, underside marked with company and name and serial number.
Approx. dimensions: H 106 cm, W 87 cm, D approx. 79 cm.
The chair has only minimal wear. The level for adjusting the tilting resistance was dismounted when the covers were replaced.
Please note that the cover colour may slightly deviate from the depiction. The fabric can appear slightly darker depending on the light source.
