Description

Børge Mogensen 1914-1972. ‘Spoke-Back Sofa’, Model 1789. Frame in soaped oak, original pillow set upholstered in dark grey flat-woven woollen upholstery. Designed in 1945. Produced and branded under the seat by Fredericia Furniture. H. 85/35 cm. L. 157 cm. Literature: F. Sieck. 'Dansk Møbelkunst', discussed and reproduced on p. 178. Minimal signs of wear.
