Description
Arne Jacobsen 1902-1971. Footstool for the 'The Egg' Model 3127. Upholstered in original black leather, four-star base in solid cast profiled aluminium. Designed in 1958. Produced by Fritz Hansen, Model 3127. Minimal signs of wear. Literature: C. Thau and K. Vindum. 'Arne Jacobsen' 1998, discussed pp. 144, 432; reproduced pp. 433, 438-439, 467, 471-472, among others.
