Description

Dining table / conference table, model Super-Ellipse, designed by Piet Hein & Bruno Mathsson for Fritz Hansen. Designed in 1964-68, early model. Structure of two-part tabletop with surfaces of rosewood, ten stretched legs of chrome-plated tubular steel. Underside marked. Cites certificate included.
Approx. dimensions: H 70 cm, W 420 cm, D 140 cm.

Minor wear commensurate with age. Colour intensity of the two-part tabletop varies slightly, minimal veneer chips on the joining edge, the butt connectors on the underside of the tabletop has a slight film of rust, the tabletops cannot be fastened firmly to each other at the moment, there appear to be parts of the lock missing on the joint.
