Description
Georg Jensen 1866-1935. Large grape centrepiece in hammered sterling silver, embellished with bunches of grapes, twisted stem on round base. Designed by Georg Jensen in 1918, Design No. 264W. Produced after 1945. H. 31 cm. Ø 31 cm. Weight approx. 1,584 g. Few signs of wear. Literature: Janet Drucker. 'Georg Jensen, a Tradition of Splendid Silver', similar model reproduced on pp. 42 and 191.
