Hans J. Wegner 1914 - 2007. 'The China Chair', frame in black-varnished ash, the seat has an original loose reversible cushion in black buttoned leather. Designed in 1943. Produced by Fritz Hansen, model FH4283. Displays minimal usage-related traces of wear. Lit. Noritsugu Oda: 'Hans J. Wegner's 100 Chairs', p. 22-23.
