Description

Arne Jacobsen 1902-1971. 'The Swan', lounge chair, Model 3320. Lounge chair upholstered in red 'Hallingdal' wool, swivel four-star base in aluminium. Designed from 1957 to 1958 for the Hotel Royal Copenhagen. Produced and labelled by Fritz Hansen, 'Brown Label'. Frame identification number. H. 77/39 cm. Minor signs of wear. Literature: Carsten Thau and Kjeld Vindum. 'Arne Jacobsen', mentioned and reproduced on p. 469.
