Description
Charles and Ray Eames. Model 'Lounge Chair' and matching footstool. Specially produced Anniversary Model, shell in Santos rosewood and cushions upholstered in Royalin leather. On swivel base in black/polished aluminium. Designed in 1956. Minimal signs of wear. Produced in a limited number of 999 by Vitra on the occasion of the chair's 50th anniversary. Plaque on the bottom inscribed 1956-2006 Anniversary Edition. The chair and footstool are No. 062.
