Description
Rare coffee table, 1970s, model E 8, German design by Heinz Lilienthal. Signature and year in tabletop. This table model was first exhibited in 1968 at the Cologne furniture fair. Rare, one-piece tabletop of synthetic resin with inlaid cross sections of sixteen agates and teak wood frame, subframe with stick-in, detachable legs of solid teak.
Approx. dimensions: H 50 cm, Ø 90 cm.
Wear commensurate with age, wooden surface with some minor scratches, clear varnish minimally scratches over agates, joints between tabletop and frame with some tolerance and a bit unfirm.
