Description

Poul Henningsen, 1894-1967. PH 4/4 pendant. Browned brass bayonet socket, wire shade holder stamped PH - 4 Patented, fitted with a 4/4 shade set. Middle shade, model M 4, single layer yellow painted opal glass (chip on top); lower U 4 shade in white painted copper (with flaking paint); matt glass bottom bowl (small chip on top). Produced by Louis Poulsen from 1929. H. 33 Ø. 26 cm. Without the upper shade. Literature: Jørstian, et al. 'Tænd!', variant reproduced and discussed p. 142-143.
