Arne Jacobsen 1902-1971. Lounge chair with tilt function, 'The Egg', swivel centre column with tilt function, four-star base in aluminium. Designed in 1958-59 for the Hotel Royal Copenhagen. Produced by Fritz Hansen with company logo imprinted in the frame, Model 3316. Reupholstered by professional Danish upholsterers in black exclusive anilline leather. Minimal signs of wear.
