Brutalist coffee table, model Carara, German design by Heinz Lilienthal. Designed in c. 1970. Structure with star base of chrome-plated metal, tabletop with a mosaic of marble, all round edge of chrome-plated metal.
H 53 cm, D 109.5 cm.
Minor wear commensurate with age. Some traces of oxidation on the foot. The last image shows a depiction from a catalogue from 1973.
