Moominpappa's Bounty of the Sea rye malt whisky 50cl by Moomin Characters and Kyrö Distillery Company.
Unique collaboration between Moomin Characters, guardian's of Tove Jansson's legacy and work and Kyrö Distillery Company, an awarded Finnish rye whisky distillery which has just released their first whisky.
This small batch will never be sold in the marketplace as it has been distilled and matured only for the use of Moomin Characters as gifts and for Jansson's descendants. This particular rye malt whisky has been distilled from 100% malted Finnish winter rye and matured in harsh Finnish conditions resulting in a combination of sweet, spicy and earthy tones.
The whiskey is sold on a charity auction to the benefit of #OurSea. Lauritz.com donates all fees to the charity.
