Hans J. Wegner 1914 - 2007. High-backed lounge chair, frame in solid beech, seat in cord/ flag line, loose cushions later upholstered in wool, adjustable neck cushion. Designed in 1967. Produced by Carl Hansen and Søn, model CH-03. The chair can be folded.
The lounge chair is a prototype with two positions and woodworking details. Model CH-03 is produced in a limited number. Displays slight traces of age and usage-related wear. The cushions are reupholstered in slightly faded 'Hallingdal' wool.
