Description

Arne Jacobsen. 'The Swan', lounge chair with mechanism swivel. Upholstered in original black leather. Four-star base in aluminium. Produced by Fritz Hansen, 2018, Model 3322, Brown label. Serial number engraved under frame. Slight signs of wear, including a scratch on the left armrest leather. Designed from 1957 to 1958 for the Hotel Royal Copenhagen. Literature: C. Thau and K. Vindum. 'Arne Jacobsen', mentioned and reproduced on p. 469.
