Description

Classic Hamlet motorcycle, Model 98-K. Light-weight motorcycle, year 1939, frame no. 109818. Rare example of a Hamlet 98-K light-weight motorcycle, Built in Denmark in 1938-39, a few assembled after war on collector's permit from Danish customs. It is believed that about 40 Hamlets remain today. In good and partially renovated condition. Hamlet has a Sachs motor with kick starter and a top speed of approx. 50-60 km/hour and petrol consumption of approx. 2 litres/100 km. at a speed 40km/hours. Total weight approx. 60 kg.
In rare, beautiful condition but has not been started in more than 10 years and therefore apparently cannot start. Lauritz.com does not guarantee functionality. Papers and instructions included.
