What is the potential?
Partners with normally make money already in the first year and a considerable profit can be achieved in the following years. Your earnings are paid to you by HQ and comprise a share of the total commission income generated by your auctions.

As a newly established partner, you can budget with a turnover of EUR 3-5 mill. in hammer sales in the first year, depending on which partner model and ambition level you choose.

As partner, you invest in attractive premises with the right furnishings, technical equipment, IT and personnel. You need to calculate with hiring a minimum of 5 employees, on top of yourself as branch manager, depending on the start-up model you choose. As all transactions concerning the auctions themselves are handled by HQ, you do not need a bookkeeping department. as partner

You will be working in cooperation with a successful organization, which sets high standards, but also one which supports you in starting and operating your auction house.

No particular practical or theoretical background is needed to become a partner with There is a big difference in what our partners have worked with before. We have an elite athlete, a gallery owner, an IT consultant, a rug dealer, a banker, just as there are partners who have had previous experience in the auction industry or dealing in antiques and design.

You need to be able to identify with the concept and we would like to see management experience. It is important that you, or the branch manager you employ, can generate contacts, activity and awareness in the local area, and develop a busy, thriving auction house where customers, both buyers and sellers, are happy to frequent. Successful partners always ensure that focus is on securing items for auction. Lots within our categories should be of a reasonable value, which, among other things, implies that they should be able to be valued at a minimum of EUR 130. The largest part of’s lots lie in the price level EUR 400-2,500, but many types of more specialised items can be sold with success in the auctions.
