Description

Arne Jacobsen 1902-1971. A set of eight chairs, 'Series 7', Model 3107. Produced by Fritz Hansen. Recently reupholstered in cognac-coloured aniline leather, chromed steel tubular frame. New seat height 46.5 cm. Professionally reupholstered. (8)

Aniline leather is made of high-quality raw leather. As a rule, the leather has a completely natural stripped surface, where all natural marks are visible. This helps to emphasize the unique character of the leather. The leather is full-grain, which means that the natural surface structure is preserved. Aniline leather changes over time through use and the effects of light, and it quickly develops a naturally beautiful patina.
