Description
Le Corbusier 1887-1965. LC2 lounge chair, frame in chromed tubular steel, loose cushions upholstered in black leather. Designed by Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret, and Charlotte Perriand in 1928. Produced and stamped by Cassina, with Serial No. imprinted on the frame. H. 69/48 cm. Appears unused. Certificate and original packaging included. Literature: Charlotte and Peter Fiell. '1000 Chairs', reproduced and discussed on pp. 133. See Lot No. 5283255.
