Description
Simon Stephansen and Janni Dissing. Lounge chair, Model 'Tribute PT #1', for Valdemar Dissing Furniture. The chair is in walnut with slot joints in teak, surface polished with oil and canauba wax. Upholstered by Bjarnås Møbelpolstring in aniline leather from Camo in SILK edition dark brown SIL0329. The chair, 'Tribute PT #1', is a collaboration between furniture cabinetmaker Simon Stephansen (Valdemar Furniture) and furniture architect Janni Dissing who works with Valdemar Dissing. The chair is a tribute to its inspirational sources, such as Sam Maloof, Hans J. Wegner, and Finn Juhl, which is obvious in the design. The chair is unique, and bears the name Tribute PT #1. Few signs of wear.
