Darco, born in 1968 in Bielefeld, has lived since he was 8 in France, where he has become famous with his graffiti art.
Among other activities, he founded the sprayer group FBI (Fabulous Bomb Inability), which eventually developed into an acknowledged artist's collective.
Four years later, Darco was France's first graffiti artist to be sentenced for property damage caused by his work. Part of Darco's sentence included, among other things, designing the French rail company's trains and beautifying Paris' Gare du Nord with wall murals.
Darco's works mainly feature style writing elements combined with graphic contours.
Numerous international exhibitions since 1991.
